Introduction
Welcome to RidgeLine,
RidgeLine Building Inspections was founded in March of 2023 with passion and understanding. Currently, we only do home inspections. Our goal is to be the "One stop Shop" inspections that can do it all both residential and commercial, building inspections to water testing. Until that time comes like any other small business, we must start from the beginning.
We are a small family business in Marinette, WI. We may not seem like much, but we get the job done and we are growing. We are not "slack, fly by" inspectors who will do an inspection that leans on either buyer or seller.
Our objective is "inspect to ID" the property in question with facts, to remain neutral between all associated, present, or not. Ask questions at any time during the inspection, we do our absolute best to answer with a complete explanation. If there is a question that we cannot answer, we carry our tools of information that pertains to certain systems and components.

We would also like to add as much information about the property before we arrive at said location as we can find online using maps and county information.
The following conditions are NOT within the scope of the inspection:
Water or air quality
The presence of toxic or carcinogenic matter emitted from the ground, building materials, in water or air supply or from the operation of any equipment.
Items that are obstructed, inaccessible or not in plain view.
Mold or mold type.
Animal or insect infestations.
Pools and Systems
Irrigation Systems
Septic tanks
Technically Exhaustive Testing
Molds and mildews
Infrared Imagining
Asbestos Testing
Pest Infestation
